Problem Note 53938: CONTRAST statement with LINK=GLOGIT and EQUALSLOPES options can produce incorrect probabilities in PROC LOGISTIC
In PROC LOGISTIC, if you specify the LINK=GLOGIT and EQUALSLOPES= options in the MODEL statement and if one of the effects in the EQUALSLOPES= option is specified in a CONTRAST statement that includes the ESTIMATE=PARM or ESTIMATE=ALL option, then the probability estimates produced by the CONTRAST statement are incorrect.
There is no circumvention for this problem.
